Family with children will love this

First off, had a family dinner at the restaurant for my nana’s 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic, made it all smooth with no rumbling bellies. had a spacious room with a big comfy bed, natural light coming in, just what we needed after that drive.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a lovely experience. Some aspects, like the food and the uncomfortable bed, could use improvement, but the overall cleanliness of the rooms and surrounding areas were commendable. It’s a decent spot if you're looking for value and warmth.

We had a nice time for a couple of nights. The location was sweet, and parking was easy for us. The staff were super friendly! The nachos were a hit, but the steak pie and sticky toffee pudding felt more like microwave meals. Hoping for better dining next time.

My stay was driven by an unexpected family emergency, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and decent shower. The location was conveniently close to shops, making it easy to manage my needs during a hectic time. Although the kitchen closed a bit early for my liking and the room wasn't cleaned daily, the staff were friendly and accommodating when I reached out for assistance. it provided a good resting place amidst a challenging situation.

i had a lovely romantic weekend at this hotel. my previous stay in livingston was nice, but this time the atmosphere was even better, making it more special. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast with freshly baked pastries.

the chain runner is well-located near a retail park. the restaurant was clean and offered a good buffet. the available free wi-fi was a definite plus, making it easy to stay connected. i appreciated the firm mattresses, though they may not be for everyone.

Access into the hotel was confusing, with unclear instructions on where to check-in—had to walk to the bar in another building after a long drive. Heating was inadequate, leaving the room cold, and unappealing aesthetics included a hole in the bathroom wall and visible scuff marks on the bedroom paint. Supplies fell short. no soap in the bathroom initially and towels not replenished automatically. Daily cleaning lacked attention, leading to soap drips lingering. The heavy bathroom door was unwieldy for solo wheelchair users, and the extractor fan was frustratingly loud without being addressed during the stay.
